Starting School
Before your child is due to start school we encourage parents to visit and have a tour of the school. Once your child has been offered a place they are invited to spend some time in school in the term before they start.
It is a great help, particularly to the children's confidence if, by the time they start school, they are able to:
- Go to the toilet without assistance
- Dress and undress themselves
- Understand and obey simple verbal instruction
